Hi there, I’m Seay

I started playing guitar at the age of 12 after becoming a fan of Metallica. I also played saxophone in band from middle school through high school. I played locally around Birmingham, AL in a band with some friends before deciding to go to music school in St. Paul, MN. I taught private lessons in Minnesota during my last year of school. After I graduated, I moved back to Birmingham and continued teaching lessons for the next five years. I then moved to Nashville hoping to become a successful songwriter but alas, it wasn't my destiny. I have since had a career in engineering design, but I miss teaching music. I love nothing more than watching my students learn and grow. Cultivating their own passions and paths with music!
